1. No Returns: All of our Eclipse displays are
made to order, and ALL DISPLAY SALES ARE FINAL. We are not able to accept
returns or provide exchanges. Because all of our displays are made to order,
orders cannot be cancelled or changed after
they have been processed and released for production. Please ensure you are ordering the correct
2. Open And Inspect Your Order Promptly On Receipt
A) Shipping damage - any damaged or broken parts or items due to
shipping must be reported WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT. We will need to
document the damage and file a claim with the shipping
carrier prior to taking any action.
B) Missing, incorrect, or defective parts or items - any missing,
incorrect, or defective parts or items must be reported WITHIN 3
BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT. After confirming and documenting the issue, we
will ship replacement parts via Ground shipping. Any defective parts
reported after three business days of receipt must be handled via our
standard warranty process.
3. Shipping: We generally ship via Federal Express or UPS. Both
of these shippers provide reliable, traceable, and
time-in-transit specific shipping. Ground shipping from our facility in California
takes 1-5 business days depending on your location. Overnight or 2nd Day Air shipping
is available for an additional charge.
We will email you tracking information for your order
after it ships.
A: Delays during shipping - we are not responsible for
delays in transit during shipping. We are not able to guarantee shipping
transit times and do not provide refunds for delays in transit.
B: Missing or lost shipments - let us know if your order
becomes missing or lost during shipment. We must file and settle a
claim with the shipping carrier prior to shipping a replacement.
C: Damaged in shipping - you must notify us within 3 business
days of receipt of any damage due to shipping. Keep all original
packaging. We must file and settle a claim with the shipping carrier
prior to taking any action.
D. Free Ground Shipping Offer - any "free ground shipping"
offer applies only to shipment to the lower 48 continental United States.
4. Production and/or Order Processing Delays: We may on rare occasion experience
production delays and/or order processing delay, and do not warranty or guarantee any production
or order processing times.
We will inform you as soon as possible of any delays and will work with you
as possible to minimize their impact.
5. Temporarily Out-Of-Stock Accessories: In the rare event that an
optional accessory item (i.e. lights, shelving, etc) is temporarily
out-of-stock, the accessory item will be shipped separately and as soon as
6. Limited One Year Warranty: The Eclipse
its accessories are covered by a limited one year warranty provided by the
original manufacturer. The warranty is for
manufacturing defects only, and is limited to defects in material or
workmanship under normal use and conditions, and is limited to the repair or
replacement of any defective part, and is limited to the original purchaser.
A) Eclipse warranty coverage and service is provided by the original
manufacturer, and is subject to and limited by their terms and conditions.
B) The Eclipse warranty guarantees the quality and function of the product
when used in the correct manner as illustrated on the product’s
instructions. The warranty guarantees repair or replacement when product
failure is due to manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage or product failure due to incorrect
use, mistreatment, failure to follow instructions, destruction, loss, theft
or vandalism, or unauthorized alteration. The warranty does not cover
accidental or unintentional breakage that was not due to a manufacturing
C) In case of a warranty dispute, we reserve the right of final judgment
on the nature and cause of damage and the applicable warranty resolution.
D) The Eclipse display is for indoor use only. Outdoor use voids the warranty.
E) Eclipse fabric panels may warp if exposed to heat. Panel warping is
not covered under warranty. Do not leave the display or shipping
case in the sun or exposed to elevated temperatures. Damage to shipping cases due to shipping (broken latches, wheels, etc)
is not covered under warranty. Insure your display when shipping and contact
the shipping company for any shipping damage claims. Light bulbs are not covered under warranty.
F) Eclipse Display Frame Limited Lifetime Warranty: The Eclipse display frame
is covered by a limited lifetime warranty provided by the original frame
manufacturer. The warranty is limited to defects in material or workmanship
under normal use and conditions, and is limited to the repair or replacement
of any defective part. The warranty applies to the display frame only, and
is limited to the original purchaser.
G) Eclipse warranty process: Should you have a problem during the warranty
period, please contact us to receive a Return Authorization number
and instructions. Returns without a Return Authorization
will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for shipping the item to
and from the warranty service center. Upon receipt, inspection, and verification
of warranty coverage, the item will be repaired or replaced. The Eclipse warranty is
limited to parts and labor only; shipping costs are the responsibility of
the customer. Should expedited service be required, additional cost will
be the responsibility of the customer. Should the claim not be covered by warranty,
a quote will be provided to repair and return the item to the customer at the customer's expense.
7. OUR DISPLAYS ARE FOR INDOOR USE ONLY.
8. Sales tax: Shipments to California are charged
California sales tax.
9. Payment: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express,
and checks. After you place your order on our website, you will
immediately receive an order confirmation / invoice via email. When
you place your order on our website, you can choose to (1) provide your
credit card on-line, (2) phone us with your credit card after you receive
your email confirmation, or (3) send us a check after you receive your email
confirmation. We must receive your payment prior to producing and
shipping your display.
10. Order Acceptance Policy: Your submission of an order
and/or receipt of an order confirmation, automated or otherwise, does not
signify our acceptance of such order. Pinnacle Displays Inc reserves the right
to cancel any order that we deem necessary, at our sole discretion,
regardless of the order status or whether you have received a confirmation
of the order. We reserve the right to require additional information from
you before accepting or processing any order.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability: Except for
the Limited One Year Warranty and the Limited Lifetime Display Frame Warranty stated above, Pinnacle Displays
makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any
kind with respect to products sold on this site, and further expressly
disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to
products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive
maximum liability to Pinnacle Displays Inc arising from any product sold on this
